Fert and its Malagasy partner Fekama (federation of agricultural colleges of Madagascar) was present at the international seminar of FAR network (Agricultural and Rural Training) network, held from 13 to 15 December in Montpellier. Around the central theme of the territorial anchoring of the training and agricultural integration schemes, several experiments were presented, and workshops made it possible to deepen the subject.
Fert and Montpellier SupAgro / Institut des Régions Chaudes jointly hosted two workshops in partnership since 2015; To share the results of a cross-analysis between several effects studies of training / insertion devices *.
The work of comparative analysis of these cases was presented by Louise Bergès (consultant), and enriched by the experience of each participant in these workshops. First of all, it makes it possible to better describe the trajectories of installation of young people in rural areas. More importantly, the analysis focuses on the effects of these measures on young people, families and territories.
This work of capitalization continues, with the finalization of documents, and the organization of a workshop with the AFD next spring.
