The Agence Française de Développement wished to mobilize its partners during a two-day conference in Paris to reflect together on the world of tomorrow’s work and the opportunities for the new African generations.
- April 25 will give young people a chance to understand their expectations and propose solutions adapted to their aspirations.
Three roundtables will provide an opportunity to explore issues related to entrepreneurship, digital transition and the socio-professional integration of vulnerable youth.
- Co organized with Fert and Montpellier SupAgro, the morning of 26 April will be devoted to the employment of young people in agriculture.
Based on a cross-section of actors in training, research and development, this last part of the conference will propose a capitalization on the conditions of integration of young people in agricultural and para-agricultural trades.
