On 6th and 7th June, the F3E, network of NGOs and local authorities working on the evaluation questions – which Fert is a member – has organized training on “oriented approaches change.” This training was part of the continuity of Prism, action research program in which 29 organizations are experimenting with new more qualitative and participatory techniques and methods.
The process of education to rural development and international solidarity (PARD-SI) conducted by Fert and CNEAP is part of the actions undertaken within the prism. So as a member that Fert was asked to co-host a part of the training, along with four other members of the program (Freres des Hommes, Initiative & Development and the Cergy Pontoise conurbation).
A dozen participants – NGOs, local authority, player in the social and solidarity economy – has plunged for two days in these new approaches, mainly from the Anglo-Saxon world. The training was thought as an alternation between theoretical and practical exercises (case studies, role plays, group work).
For each and every leave with concrete ideas of actions to implement in his organization, the afternoon of June 7 was devoted to the development of an action plan by structure or project .
After two intense days in reflection and sharing of experiences, the participants parted by giving appointment in December 2016, the third day of the training that will take stock of the progress of each.
