From 2011, Coordination SUD and F3E initiated through a participatory process, the development of a comprehensive framework for quality analysis for French international solidarity NGOs based on the adaptation of the 2010 EFQM Excellence Model. The continuous improvement self-diagnostic model (MADAC), which associated with different stages 25 NGOs members of Coordination SUD and F3E is now available.
From 2012 to 2014, Fert was associated as a member of the Steering Committee CSUD-F3E but also as quality referent in the Board of Coordination SUD to the reflection on the implementation of quality processes.
Fert has also been implicated in the 6 workshops of critical analysis of the EFQM model, based on a common framework for quality in the international solidarity of the French NGO sector.
So that French NGOs who wish can implement a quality approach, Coordination SUD and F3E now offer their various support activities.
